Welcome to your family-friendly lakefront escape in the private, amenity-filled Arrowhead Lake community—perfect for a relaxing getaway or year-round adventure in the Poconos.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or small groups.

• Bedroom 1: King bed

• Bedroom 2: King bed

• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed

• Lower level: Full bed in the bonus family room

There are 2 full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, another with a bathtub) and 1 half bath, making it easy for everyone to get ready and unwind.

Main living spaces feature beautiful lake views, a smart TV, and cozy seating—perfect for movie nights or quiet mornings. The dining area seats 8, and the fully stocked kitchen includes white appliances, a stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stovetop, and a full-size fridge/freezer—everything you need for home-cooked meals.

For your convenience, we provide bedding, pillows, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. There’s parking for 3 vehicles, plus central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Please Note:

• Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community that requires mandatory registration and community fees (not included in the nightly rate; see “Other things to note”).

• The home is in a quiet, rural area—perfect for unplugging. A car is required to access the home and nearby attractions.

• While we have regular pest control, this is a wooded area and you may occasionally see ants, spiders, or other small critters.

• We provide starter supplies to last about 2–3 days. For longer stays, local stores include Ahart’s, ALDI, Walmart, CVS, and Family Dollar.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
