There are 2 full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, another with a bathtub) and 1 half bath, making it easy for everyone to get ready and unwind.

Main living spaces feature beautiful lake views, a smart TV, and cozy seating—perfect for movie nights or quiet mornings. The dining area seats 8, and the fully stocked kitchen includes white appliances, a stainless-steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stovetop, and a full-size fridge/freezer—everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Enjoy outdoor living with:

• A covered patio with BBQ grill, seating, and a small table

• A private dock for lounging or launching a kayak
• A covered upper deck with a seating area and outdoor dining table

For your convenience, we provide bedding, pillows, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. There’s parking for 3 vehicles, plus central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Please Note:

• Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community that requires mandatory registration and community fees (not included in the nightly rate; see “Other things to note”).
• The home is in a quiet, rural area—perfect for unplugging. A car is required to access the home and nearby attractions.
• While we have regular pest control, this is a wooded area and you may occasionally see ants, spiders, or other small critters.
• We provide starter supplies to last about 2–3 days. For longer stays, local stores include Ahart’s, ALDI, Walmart, CVS, and Family Dollar.

**COMMUNITY FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per
person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON: $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) HOA Administrative: $20 one time, per stay
4) HOA Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

**Fees are imposed by the community association; we are unable to waive or discount them.
We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.

**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
