Arrowhead Lake is a private gated community; all guests must be registered to enter, even if you don’t use amenities.

Off-Season (Sept 3 – May 23):

• Registration fee and gate passes included (up to 2 vehicles) Extra vehicles are $20 each
• All temporary membership fees included
• HOA Late Registration Fee not included

In-Season (May 24 – Sept 2):

• Membership fee: $6 per person, per day (ages 6+)
• Registration & gate passes for up to 2 vehicles included
• HOA Late Registration Fee not included

HOA Late Registration Fee:

• $100 applies if booking or registration is completed within 3 days of arrival
• Not included in rental rate

Membership Includes:
Access to community lakes, beaches, pools, playgrounds, sports courts, gym, game rooms, and trash center (some amenities seasonal or may close due to staffing, weather, or maintenance).

🗑️ Trash

All trash must be taken to the community Trash Center before checkout.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
